Rental Policies

 

· A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required before a reservation can be confirmed.
· Cancellations fee 30 days prior to arrival is the nonrefundable deposit.  No refunds after that date.
· The remaining balance along with a refundable damage deposit of $250.00 is due no later than 31 days prior to arrival.
· Security deposits will be returned within 14 days of inspection of the property.
· Renters are responsible for all damages to the property beyond normal wear.
· Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused to the property. 
· KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE LOCK BOX before the security deposit is released.
· Owners are not responsible for any articles left on the premises.
· Returned checks are subject to a 10% handling charge.
· Owners are not to be held responsible for any injuries sustained while on the property.
· No pets are allowed.
· No smoking inside the condominium.

To make a reservation, follow these easy steps:
1. Check the calendar for availability.
2. Contact Gordon Paxman via e-mail, phone (801-712-1184) to confirm that your desired dates are available.
3. Print a copy of the Rental Contract,  fill it out completely and sign it.
4. Write a nonrefundable deposit check for half of the total rental amount payable to Gordon Paxman.
5. Mail the non refundable deposit check and completed rental contract to:
