A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required before a
reservation can be confirmed. You will be sent a payment request to complete this transaction.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded up to 45 days prior to arrival less a $35.00 cancellation fee.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival.

The remaining balance along with a refundable damage deposit of $250.00 is due
no later than 31 days prior to arrival. You will be sent a final payment reqeust via email

Security deposits will be returned within 14 days of inspection of the
property.

Renters are responsible for all damages to the property beyond normal wear.

Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused to the property.

KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE LOCK BOX before the security deposit is released.

Owners are not responsible for any articles left on the premises.

Returned checks are subject to a 10% handling charge.

Owners are not to be held responsible for any injuries sustained while on the
property.

No pets are allowed. No smoking inside the condo.
