Cancellations fee 30 days prior to arrival is the nonrefundable deposit. No refunds after that date. After inspection of the rental property, security deposits are returned within 14 days of the inspection date.
KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE LOCK BOX before the security deposit is released. Tenants are responsible for leaving the property as found and for any damages beyond normal use. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused to the property. Owners are not responsible for any articles left on the premises.
- Tenants must abide by the rules of Chac-Ha pertaining to noise and use of common areas.
- No pets allowed.
- Returned checks are subject to a 10% handling charge.
- Owners are not to be held responsible for any injuries sustained while on the property.
